Material Characteristics:
Azonflex composite materials are made of multiple layers of insulation films/papers/cloths/fibres of different materials and properties, with different appropriate ratios, and then by the adhesive or hot press moulding, composite into a new material, which takes into account the advantages of different substrates and neutralizes the disadvantages of the substrate materials, so as to achieve the purpose of cost reduction and increase the efficiency of the customer, to provide customers with the possibility of choosing more materials. Composite materials generally have good mechanical properties, such as tensile strength and edge tear resistance, as well as good electrical properties and high temperature resistance.

Applications:
Azonflex is mainly used for inter-slot, slot cover and inter-phase insulation of motors with high heat resistance, as well as for inter-layer insulation of transformers or other electrical appliances.
