Toyobo-Xenomax
TOYOBO-Xenomax Ultra High Temperature Imide Film
Product Description:
XENOMAX is a joint venture company established in April 18 by Toyobo and Nagase Sangyo Co.
XENOMAX has a constant coefficient of thermal expansion from room temperature to 500°C (about 3ppm/°C) and high dimensional stability, which is impossible to achieve with conventional polyimide films. This stability is achieved through TOYOBO's high-temperature polymer synthesis technology and thin-film deposition technology, and it is possible to process thin-film transistor (TFT) circuit boards at temperatures as high as 400-500°C, and no deformation occurs at high temperatures. XENOMAX products are currently the most widely used thin film transistor (TFT) circuit boards in the world.
XENOMAX products are currently the world's thinnest halogen-free flame retardant polymer film, its UL94 level for V-0, burning wire ignition (HWI) level 0, high-current arc fire (HAI) level 4, the relative temperature index (RTI) of 220 ℃, with excellent flame retardant properties.
Material characteristics:
High temperature resistance, high electrical insulation, high strength, ultra-thin and reduced process costs.
Applications:
Widely used in various kinds of electronic paper, LCD, sensor, mini LED and other fields, with its production of products can be curled, light, thin, unbreakable and other characteristics.
Product Model:
Xenomax-0.005-0.038mm
