With the further development of the new energy vehicle market, the requirements for new energy vehicle drive motors are getting higher and higher: compact structure, small size, high power density, high torque density and so on. In addition, the reliability requirements for motors are getting higher and higher, and the efficiency, high efficiency range, light weight, and low noise and vibration of motors are also important requirements.
In order to meet the high requirements of rotors, we have introduced a new generation of rotor magnets with integral injection moulded thermoset materials.
WH-8200TM is a dry granular/cake thermoset UP resin specially designed for the integral injection moulding of rotor magnets for automotive drive motors. The material has good flowability and very good processability, which can comprehensively improve the various properties of the rotor, and make the rotor after integral injection molding a complete 100% whole; it can be used in the automation efficiency of the production line, the energy efficiency, the rotor's NVH performance, the high-speed performance, etc., and get the best performance. The automation efficiency of the production line, energy efficiency, NVH performance of the rotor, high-speed performance, etc. have been comprehensively improved.

Material Characteristics:
1、Hot curing type, irreversible after curing
2、Product state: cake + particles, suitable for hot pressing and injection moulding.
3、No need for low temperature or cooling, no need to wake up in advance, no need for drying to remove moisture.
4、8 stacks of oblique level one-piece moulding to beat full
5、Good flame retardant, UL94-V0, halogen free and environmental protection.
6、High electrical insulation strength, CTI-0 grade.
7、High curing start temperature, thermosetting interval of 120-175 ℃, low temperature curing.
8、Temperature resistance grade 200℃, heat distortion temperature HDT up to 260℃.
9, low shrinkage, low coefficient of thermal expansion, high strength, high thermal conductivity 0.9 W/m.k.  
10, good adhesive force, the magnet and the core has a good fixed role
11, rotor integration without air gap, slit filling is good, NVH enhancement is obvious.
